the staff returned my shower bag during my first visit, and I loved the free Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, and fitness center. It suits me perfectly. I’m coming back for the weekend!

The queen room had a safe box, central heating, and iron/ironing board, facilities worked for us.

The staff - some of them were very busy.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met requirements, would recomand it. The food was fabulous and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The location was unbeatable and nice and the room was clean. Also, the hotel was 10 minutes drive from Papakura Bible Chapel. It was 29 minutes' drive from the airport.

the view from the room was breathtaking and really made the trip special. Only downside was the breakfast could’ve had a bit more variety. But overall, totally worth it!

Convenient location close to the airport, bus or train station, and restaurants in the vicinity. 🚌 The room is a good size with a cozy bed, central heating, a safe for your belongings, and a TV with multiple channels.

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and the rooms are brand new with great views.

The room here is stylish with a stunning bathroom, the service is outstanding, and the location is perfect and quiet, also, it's just a 5-minute drive to a state secondary school.

We had an incredible stay at Doubletree Hilton in Karaka. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist and staff made us feel like family. the hospitality provided by Kevin Tautau, the Concierge, was exceptional. the rooms were luxurious, with comfortable furniture, dreamy beds, and spacious bathrooms. the hotel was spotless and had great access to the airport and away from the city hustle. Fast check, in and check, out services were a breeze, and the value breakfast at the hotel was a nice touch. we loved the warm and inviting atmosphere, the melt, in, your, mouth food. Cons: Nothing. It was perfect! 👌.

The swimming pool was fantastic, even in the colder weather. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious food options. we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
