A delightful dining experience awaits

The hotel offers wonderful dining options, particularly the onsite restaurant which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff provided an excellent level of service.

There were some issues with the parking card system, which caused inconvenience during my stay. It would benefit from quicker resolution to guest issues in the parking area.

Check-in was a breeze and the complimentary cookie was a nice touch. The spacious King Guest Room was clean and well-presented, with fantastic Crabtree toiletries. The outdoor area by the pool was perfect for unwinding after a busy day, and the local eateries across the street offered plenty of dining options. some customer service from waitstaff could be improved, and I found the pool facilities were not utilized during my stay.

It was just an optimal selection for a whistle-stop in Auckland with good value considering the price it charged. The desserts we tried were actually good and hit the spot after a long day. Check if you can get a discount code beforehand to save some cash.
